ARN REMOTE
Screaming Rally Raid, this standalone bluetooth remote is fully waterproof, sturdy and comes with riding modes and OTA updates, and also – an user manual.
Full featured, quick response time and powered via 12v cable. It can stand out a little bit on the handlebar on enduro setups, but installs very flush on adventure motorcycles.

Carpe Iter
TERRAIN COMMAND III
Carpe Iter’s new Terrain Command III is actually a set of two 4-button remotes. You can use them side by side, or one on each side of the handlerbar.
Unbelievable small, these remotes are as low as it gan go, and connect to a splitter box, that contains the electronics. It also comes with a wheel sensor (hall sensor). We found the buttons to be the hardest to press, which can eliminate accidentall presses. For rally usage, we’d like them to be a little bit softer, though.
Without any lever or joystick, but with 8 buttons and a special Carpe app with profiles for several apps, it can be a solution for the adventure oriented rider.
Firmware updates are rolled out trought the Carpe app.

A more ergonomic solution, 3D printed in Spain and completely waterproof, it’s a plug-and-play solution that looks the part. One Adventure
ONE ADV REMOTE
With ergonomics at it’s core, the portuguese 3D printed bluetooth remote from OneAdventure replaces the joystick with push buttons, and has a total of 5 buttons.
What’s more interesting, it’s the “trigger” button, which is in the opposite side – making it easy to use with your index finger. Clever.
On a side note, this was the fastest pairing remote we ever had. Really quick on the Bluetoooth!

Incredible lightweight, this remote has the electronics box separated, so in case of damage to the remote we can easily replace it. The ergonomics on this spanish remote are quite good, and the low profile makes it easy to use with minimal hand movement. Perfect for riders with small hands.
The lever is full size, as the ones you encounter on the traditional analog swtiches. We would prefer a smaller one, as they’re harder to destroy.

What to Look For
Remote Height
All the bluetooth remotes on this list are between 20 and 18mm wide, so they will fit a big range of handlebars. The issue then is height. For Aventure bikes with bulky OEM Controllers, a tall bluetooth remote fits perfectly (ARN Remote or Hesa Parts Navcomm Pro). But in an enduro bike with a low profile CEV, you’d be better off with a low remote (Joymap, URSAE or Terrain Command III). The OneAdventure and O2R Gen 4.0 are “mid” high, so they fit both Adventure and Enduro motorcycles.
Hand Size
How big is your hand? Maybe you’ve got small hands, and even with a low bluetooth remote you’ll have some trouble reaching for the buttons. Some small handed riders choose to replace the Adv OEM controllers with low profile CEV, and use low bluetooth remotes for added ergonomics.
Features

Choosing a bluetooth remote depends a lot on the intended use. If you’re serious about your riding, you should definitely get a good remote. For roadbook, most people go for remotes with levers, although opinions may vary. Levers can brake easier than buttons.
From wide to slim, and low to tall, it’s up to you to decide which one fits your motorcycle the best. If you expect mud, beware of the button types, as some can be prone to clogging.
